The Crios series (children in Spanish) was born from Susana Balbo's love for her children and her desire to pass on her winery philosophy and business to the next generations.
Susana Balbo's career is inextricably linked to the Argentinian Torrontes aromatic variety, where she is called the Queen of Torrontes. Crisp, refreshing, and explosively aromatic with aromas of citrus fruits, passionfruit, lychee, and white rose. Balanced and lively in the mouth with a long, mineral aftertaste.
Manual harvest. Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 12-14ºC and remaining with the lees for 3 months in the fermentation tank.
