Allacher Rainer Winery is the first certified organic winery since 1992 in Austria's largest wine-growing area, Burgenland. Rainer's motto is "I would like people with intolerance can enjoy wine too!" which is why he produces wines with reduced levels of histamine, fructose & sulfites, since 2005.
