Mylonas Winery
The Mylonas micro-winery is located in Keratea, the land of the indigenous Greek grape, the Savatiano. Stamatis Mylonas, a Chemist-Oinologist himself, is very familiar with the Attic land, having grown up on these grounds, in his father's family winery. Together with his brother, they took it a step further, transforming it into a modern/modern winery, both of them setting a common goal, to experiment with every dynamic of the Savatiano grape, blending modern and traditional winemaking methods, in order to create wines that will perfectly express the terroir of Attica, from the different styles of the Savatiano grape.
