J&M has been faithfully following organic farming since 1960. It is a family business, which keeps also strong bonds with the other members of the team. They use single grape cultivation in their vineyards so they can handle better the needs of each crop, then the grapes are vinified together in the winery where they use renewable energy sources for the winery’s operation needs. The special microclimate of Vasto, located between mountain and sea in combination with the ultimate organic agriculture, produces fruits that make wines with a special character expressing to the maximum the soils where they come from.
