Domaines Barons de Rothschild (Lafite) - Los Vascos

The name “Los Vascos” comes from “Les Basques” and refers to the origins of the former owners who planted the first vines in around 1750. In 1988, Domaines Barons de Rothschild (Lafite) took over the reins with a view to producing fine wines. Since then DBR (Lafite) has undertaken a major renovation program involving the construction of the bodega and the enlargement of the vineyard.
