Cabernet Franc requires very gentle treatment in the winery, and extreme care and patience during the maceration and fermentation phases. Therefore, the grapes are fermented in small stainless steel tanks, which allows the different parcels to be vinified separately. The wines are then aged 80 % in oak barrels and the remaining 20 % in cement tanks.
Intense ruby red color. The nose is dominated by strawberry, blackberry, blackcurrant, black cherry, herbs, and roasted red peppers. Barrel aging enhances the complexity of the aromas and adds notes of tiramisu and dried fruit. On the palate, the tannins display a lively youthfulness and an attractive personality. An awe-inspiring wine.
