The palate is dry, clean, and intense with ripe yellow fruits such as peach, apricot, and medium ripe apple and a hint of spice in the background. Minerality due to the limestone soil. Acidity that expands on the palate. Well balanced, harmonious, and elegant.

Fermentation without the addition of yeast in stainless steel tanks, with bottling in May of the following year.
