A delicious Spätlese Riesling! Wonderfully balanced with notes of medium ripe fruit such as peach, pear, citrus and fresh acidity. On the palate, it is crisp and dry with a pleasant minerality and a light creamy taste. Over time it reveals elegant petrol elements.

From old Riesling vines (30+ years old) on the outskirts of Baden called Ortenau. Steep slopes of granite vineyards. Fermentation is done without the addition of yeast, in stainless steel tanks and bottling is in May of the following year.
