Straw-yellow color with gold details. The nose is unique, enchanting, and expressive. Aromas of white and tropical fruit along with a slight hint of toast and cinnamon accompanied by herbal notes. On the palate, it is broad, sweet, and fresh. Long finish with fruity tones.
Skin contact at low temperatures for 24 hours to extract maximum flavor. When the concentration of sugars begins to decrease, it is placed in new French (85%) and American (15%) barrels where alcoholic fermentation is completed. Left to age for 4 months with thin lees and stirred twice a week.
