Aromas of quince, honey and spices with notes of citrus fruits and white fruits. Luscious and lively in the mouth with notes of tropical fruits.
The grapes are collected in the morning hours to preserve their freshness. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16ºC.
Remaining in the tank with the lees for a few months and then 20% of the wine is matured in French oak barrels.
