The delicate pale pink color is surprisingly complex. Elegant body with fruit aromas such as blackberry and stone cherry, followed by a hint of cranberry. Crisp fruity aftertaste.

The grapes are pressed and briefly macerated. They are then cooled and the alcoholic fermentation is carried out at a controlled temperature.
