Light cherry in colour. Pleasant and elegant nose with floral and fruity elements. Harmonious and balanced palate with refreshing acidity.
Goes well with appetizers, pizzas, stews and light dishes based on white and red meats. Possibility of aging for 2 years.
Manual harvest. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16ºC. It remains for a total of 6 months in tank and bottle before being released to the market.
