Yellow golden color. Fruity on the nose, with hints of exotic fruit and honey. On the palate, it is fresh with good acidity that gives longevity to this indigenous white from the Langhe.

Manual harvest from late September to early October. Cold maceration with the skins for 72 hours. Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 17°C.
