A wine that comes from the 4 best harvests of the last decade - 2013, 2015, 2016, 2017 - resulting in the blend of Garganega, Pinot Bianco, and Sauvignon Blanc varieties expressing the maximum potential of the vineyard in its history!
Yellow color. The Garganega variety gives the wine structure and freshness. Aromas of flowers and intense minerality. In the mouth a deep expression of the composition of the terroir volcanic origin of the vineyards. Chamomile, hazelnut, citrus, and tropical fruits in the long aftertaste.
Soak the stamps for about 10 hours. Alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts at low temperatures. This is followed by partial fermentation with about 10% of the product in barrels. Aging in second-use barrels for about 6 months. The wine is then placed in stainless steel tanks for further development.
