Pale lemon in color Tropical fruit notes on the nose. The palate is crisp, dry, and well-balanced with a metallic character and hints of almonds.
After cold maceration for 6-8 hours, the grapes are pressed. This is followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16-17°C with selected yeasts. The wine is then kept in steel tanks at 10-12°C prior to bottling.
