Straw yellow with wonderful golden hues. A pleasant, balanced, harmonious, and fruity wine with flowers and notes of pear and apricot. The taste is dry with good acidity and a long aftertaste.

Fermentation with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature of 16-18°C. Storage in stainless steel tanks and further maturation in the bottle.
