Greenish yellow color with aromas of apple and apricot, with sweet floral notes. Balanced on the palate with an almond aftertaste, which is characteristic of the variety.
The grapes are harvested and left to dry for a short time in crates in the drying room, thus achieving a greater concentration of aromas and sugars. After pressing, they are left in contact with the skins for 12 hours.
Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Once fermentation is complete, part of the wine is aged in French oak barrels.
