Amarone Della Valpolicella Vigna Garzon

Deep ruby red colour. Wine with character, with an enveloping aroma, with high-intensity aromas of ripe black fruits, raisins, coffee and chocolate. Complicated, generous, well-rounded, well-balanced, with a consistent aftertaste, with structured and long ageing potential.

Certified organic grapes originating from the Val Di Illasi valley of the Cellore Di Illasi hills in the Valpolicella zone, from vineyards with calcareous and clayey soils. Amarone stands for the top class of Valpolicella wine. A great wine that uniquely blends power with elegance and balance.

The grapes are harvested manually in September, transferred to vats and dried to the required degree in the shade with the help of fans if necessary. Fermentation at 23 - 24ºC for 15 - 20 days with daily maceration of the stems. Maturation in 225 & 500 litre barrels for 24 - 30 months.
