Pale straw-yellow color. Citrus, apples, and peach notes on the nose. Creamy texture that finishes with a sweet touch. Medium body, with a nicely balanced crisp finish.
The grapes are hand-picked early in the morning from 3 different plots to preserve the freshness and aromatic characteristics of the variety. After removing the stems from the bunch, the grapes are lightly pressed to ensure good-quality juice for fermentation. The juice is then settled for 48 hours before being transferred to the fermentation tanks. The grapes from each vineyard are vinified separately. The bulk of the wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks at temperatures of 15-22°C and left on the lees for 4 months to assimilate the intense character of the fruit to a high degree. The fermentation takes 15 days. It is clarified with bentonite and stabilized at a cold temperature before bottling.
