A dense and robust Syrah. Deep ruby red color with purple highlights. On the nose, complex, with aromas of ripe red fruits, sweet spices, and spicy peppery notes with a crisp dark chocolate aftertaste. Delightful mouthfeel with rounded tannins, giving an impressive finish and long-lasting aftertaste.
Hand-harvested and directly transported to the winery in small crates. Destemming and transfer to stainless steel wine cellars where maceration takes place for 14 days and alcoholic fermentation at 23ºC.
Malolactic fermentation and ageing for 24 months in first - second use French oak barrels of 300L, and reduction ageing in bottle for 12 months.
