A wine with an intense crimson color with purple highlights. The nose displays a bouquet of ripe fruit, cherries, plums, sweet spices, licorice, and roasted coffee beans. On the palate, the wine is fresh and juicy with well-integrated tannins and acidity. Lovely fruity finish with subtle spice notes.
The grapes are carefully selected and harvested by hand. The grapes are then put through a 2-day maceration period at around 23-25ºC to ensure the maximum aromatic potential of the variety. The wine is then aged for 6 months in American oak barrels before bottling. After bottling, it completes the aging process in the cellar for another 6 months.
