Jean Bouchard's Bourgogne Pinot Noir is produced from grapes from selected vineyard plots of the Designation of Origin (AOC) Bourgogne.
Brilliant ruby color. Aromas of red fruits such as cherry, strawberry, and raspberry with hints of spices and herbs. Elegant and balanced in the mouth with soft tannins and a satisfying length.
Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at 28-30°C, then matures in oak barrels for 8-12 months.
