Bouchard's Petit Chablis is produced from grapes selected from the Appellation of Origin (AOC) Petit Chablis, on the highest slopes that surround the Chablis zone.
Straw yellow color with silver highlights. Citrus nose with mineral notes. Balanced on the palate, soft and fruity with notes of limestone minerality.
Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Then it matures in tanks for a few months with the lees.
