Bouchard's Pouilly-Fouissé is produced from grapes from vineyards located on the stony and rocky hillsides of the region.
Brilliant straw yellow color. Distinct aromas of white flowers, peach, vanilla, and tobacco. Rich in the mouth with a sweet sensation. Long aftertaste with hints of smoke.
Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. It is then matured for 12-14 months in oak barrels, 30% of which are new.
