Light onion color. A pleasant, balanced, harmonious, and fruity wine with a good structure with flowers and notes of pear and apricot. Aromas that confirm the palate.
Maceration of grapes in a stainless steel tank overnight at 4-5°C. Fermentation is carried out by inoculating selected yeasts at a controlled temperature of 16-18°C. The wine is then filtered and transferred to stainless steel tanks where its floral and fruity bouquet is refined and enhanced.
