Signature Barrel Fermented Chardonnay

The Signature series wines bear the oenological signature of their creator Susana Balbo, and express her philosophy to the fullest extent: elegant with a bold and artistic approach and simultaneously expressing both the grape variety and the terroir from which they come.

Limited production Chardonnay that ferments and matures with batonnage in medium-burnt French oak barrels. The result is an elegant and complex expression of the variety with aromas of white fruit, melon, citrus, and vanilla. Soft and delicate in the mouth with excellent balance and a long aftertaste.

Manual harvest. Six-hour cold extraction with dry ice before pressing the grapes. Fermentation and maturation for 6 months with batonnage in medium-burning French oak barrels.
