BenMarco is a tribute to the unique and varied terroirs at the foot of the Andes Mountains. Through winemaking with minimal intervention, we preserve the pure expression of each variety and its place of origin.
BenMarco Cabernet Franc is produced with grapes sourced from Paraje Altamira, Valle de Uco, at an altitude of 1,152,144m. The limestone soils, as well as warm days and cool nights, allow the grapes to develop ripe but fresh flavors while maintaining good acidity and structure.
This Cabernet Franc offers clean and distinct aromas, with notes of spice and dried grass, a slightly earthy character, and subtle traces of vegetables.
BenMarco Cabernet Franc de Paraje Altamira is an excellent choice to enjoy with game meat, goat, deer, and duck. Pair with earthy and rustic flavors such as Portobello mushrooms, black olives, and grilled red peppers.
