Finca La Delfina wine, named after her mother, is Susana's favorite vineyard in Altamira. In 2013, the quality of a small parcel of land captured her attention, so she decided to set it apart and vinify the grapes separately.
Deep and dark, this limited edition Malbec was fermented in cement egg tanks in order to maintain the character of the grape. It presents intense blackberry and licorice flavors framed by a light oak element from barrel aging.
