Color gold. The nose is very intense and extremely interesting with aromas of caramel, almond, coconut, vanilla, and dried grass. It also shows a vibrant minerality that adds freshness and elegance. On the palate, it displays flavors of orange, almond, and a hint of sweet caramel.
Hand-harvested, spontaneous fermentation and then left in old 600-litre barrels to develop a rich and well-rounded texture.
