The exceptional quality of the grape requires gentle fermentation with minimal intervention in order to preserve the delicate expression of the terroir. The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of between 25 - 26.5 °C before being aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
Purple color with violet tones. Expressive nose of flowers, mainly violets, with successive hints of red fruits, fresh plums, and figs, as well as black pepper and aniseed. Subtle aromas of oak against a background of graphite, tobacco, and cedar. The delightful palate has balanced acidity, fine-grained tannins, excellent volume, a perfect body, and a long finish.
