Merdinger Spätburgunder

On the nose, forest fruits, wet nature, and wood bark. Medium acidity and tannins respectively. In the mouth fresh fruit, is balanced and with unique elegance. 

Merdinger is the name of the place of pre-maturation of the grapes. The fermentation takes place for 3 weeks in open tanks, without any addition of yeasts. Gentle crushing & removal of stems, aging for 13 months in used French oak barrels, bottling without filtering.
