This very special Reserva comes from vineyards from 40 to 100 years old and has an incredible complexity, with a unique harmony of flavors. Barrel aging accentuates and completes the exuberant presence of ripe fruit that characterizes this wine. Dark chocolate, raisins and sultanas, chocolate liqueur, eucalyptus, roasted coffee beans, and cream attract attention. The palate is rich, full, and refined, with a pleasant finish that leaves a deep, lingering aftertaste as a powerful reminder of the wine's personality.
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 7 days at 28ºC. Reductive vinification for an additional 15 days to obtain the right color and malolactic fermentation in new French oak barrels. The wine is then matured for 16 months in French oak barrels, and then for at least 26 months in bottle before being released for sale.
