Bâtard-Montrachet Grand Cru

The Bâtard-Montrachet Grand Cru vineyard is located on the Côte de Baune in Burgundy, between the communes of Pouligny Montrachet and Chassagne Montrachet, and is one of the world's leading white wine-producing vineyards.

Golden yellow color. Complex nose with aromas of butter, brioche, dried apricots, raisins, anise, and acacia honey. Full and rich mouth with a unique combination of intensity, balance, and elegance. Persistent aftertaste with hints of jam and raisins.

Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 20°C. It is then matured on the lees and under stirring for 14-18 months in oak barrels, 40%-45% of which are new.

Aging potential of more than a decade.
