Deep red in color. Aromas of cherries, plums, and violets. Intensity and balance in the fleshy mouth and an aftertaste with hints of cinnamon. Possibility of aging 3-7 years.

Vinification at the controlled temperature & open tanks (28-30°C). Maturation in oak barrels (15% new) for 12-14 months.
