Pale straw yellow color. Pleasant and elegant fruity nose with the tropical element as main. Harmonious and balanced palate with refreshing acidity.
Goes well with appetizers, pasta with white sauces, and seafood. 4 years aging potential.
Manual harvest. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16ºC. It remains for 6 months in the tank and in the bottle, before being released to the market.
