Light straw yellow color. Pleasant and elegant nose with floral and fruity elements of tropical fruit and green apple. Harmonious and balanced mouth with refreshing acidity.
Goes well with appetizers, pasta with white sauces, and seafood. Possibility of aging for 4 years.
Manual harvest. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 14ºC. It remains for 3 months in tanks, before releasing to the market.
