Straw yellow color. Pleasant and elegant nose with floral and fruity green and yellow apple elements. Harmonious and balanced mouth with refreshing acidity.
Goes well with appetizers, pasta with white sauces, and seafood. Aging potential of 2 years.
Manual harvest. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16ºC. It remains for 6 months in stainless steel tanks and is bottled just before launching to the market.
