The name 11 MINUTES refers to the duration of contact with the skins of the grapes, during their pressing. During this time we extract the noblest qualities of the grapes and obtain the slightly pink color that characterizes this wine. Cooling and remaining the must for about 11 hours.
Fermentation with selected yeasts between 13° and 16°C. Once the alcoholic fermentation is complete, the wine remains in contact with the lees for approximately 3 - 4 months. The wine is then filtered and bottled.
