Amarone Valpolicella Mai Dire Mai DOC

A wine of great concentration, with many layers of fruit, with excellent structure, power, and finesse. On the nose, intense aromas of forest fruits, cherry liqueur, cedar, cocoa, and leather notes. The palate is rich, fleshy, and complex with dark fruit, clove, chocolate, and mocha notes. It shows complexity and freshness thanks to a good level of acidity, while the tannins are firm and silky. Extremely balanced with a long, lingering finish.

The grapes are hand-picked, carefully selected, and then placed in crates for drying for 4 months to achieve a greater concentration of sugars. After pressing, cold maceration is carried out before fermentation, while malolactic fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 22-26°C for 40 days.

Maturation in French oak barrels (70% in 225 liter barrels and 30% in 500 liter barrels) for 24 months.
