The Black Label wine series is a tribute to the first bottles of Amarone and Ripasso, which were vinified by the first generation of Pasqua in 1970.

A wine with an intense and fruity character. Floral and fruity notes on the nose, characterized by white peach, pear and tropical fruit. Complex, intense yet balanced on the palate where notes of toast, hazelnut, vanilla are revealed, typical elements due to the contact with oak.

 
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks where 30% of the wine completes its alcoholic fermentation in French oak barrels and then remains for about 3 months in second use barrels.
