Wine from the international Chardonnay variety and the Sicilian Grillo, from organically grown grapes. Due to the altitude difference of the various parts of the vineyard, the harvest lasts up to 4 months, so that the grapes are picked at the ideal ripeness.
Deep straw-yellow colour. Aromas of citrus and white-fleshed fruits such as apple and pear with hints of almond. Crisp acidity and long finish. It goes well with fish, seafood and poultry but is delicious on its own.
