Straw-yellow with lovely intense golden hues. Fruity with aromas of flowers and hints of pear and apricot. The flavor is dry, and well balanced, with good acidity and a long aftertaste. A special wine, but at the same time pleasant and extremely incomparable.
The grapes are picked, pressed with the skins, and soaked for 6 hours. Fermentation with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature of 16°C for about 10-12 days. The wine is then stored in stainless steel tanks prior to bottling and then matures in the bottle.
