Prosecco DOC San Zeno

Straw-yellow colour with subtle floral notes, apple aromas and the typical bitter aftertaste of the variety.

Prosecco grapes are fermented after maceration with the skins at a controlled temperature. Storage in stainless steel tanks. This is followed by a second fermentation in pressure tanks with the addition of selected yeasts to achieve the sparkling complexity.
