A wine - tribute to passion and love through the most popular love story of all time: that of Romeo and Juliet. The label shows the courtyard wall of the Capulet house as photographed by photographer Gio Martorana.
Deep ruby color. The nose has intense aromas of red berries with hints of spices. The palate is balanced with velvety tannins and a soft, round aftertaste.
The grapes are hand-picked and left to dry in wooden boxes on the drying floor. There, with humidity control and air circulation, the grapes lose around 30% of their water content and achieve a high sugar concentration.
Since the grape varieties have different ripening times, the vinification is carried out separately in steel tanks and then the blending takes place. PassioneSentimento is aged in oak barrels for 3 months.
