Valpolicella DOC Famiglia

A red, medium-bodied wine, with an intense bouquet of red small fruit aromas (raspberries, blackberries). Lively balanced acidity and long finish.

The grapes are pressed, then left on the skins for 8-10 hours at 10°C. Fermentation at a controlled temperature for 10-12 days. Transfer to oak barrels where the wine matures for several months before bottling.
