A lovely pale pinkish salmon, with aromas of strawberry, rose petals, and orange blossoms. In the background, you can discover some Turkish delight and potpourri. Dry, crisp with medium body and vibrant acidity.
The grapes are harvested when sugar & ripeness levels are low to give an elegant & juicy rosé. Minimum maceration with the skins until light rosé color is achieved in the wine. Fermentation is done in stainless steel tanks and bottled immediately after fermentation is complete to ensure freshness in the bottle.
