Pale pink salmon color. The nose is generous with aromas of fresh strawberry, blackberry, red cherry, peppercorn, and potpourri. Dry & crisp with a medium body.
Grapes are harvested when sugar & ripeness levels are low to give an elegant & juicy rosé. Minimal stay with the skins until the pale rosé color is achieved in the wine. Fermentation is done in stainless steel tanks and bottled immediately after fermentation is complete to ensure freshness in the bottle.
