The Crios series (children in Spanish) was born from Susana Balbo's love for her children and her desire to pass on her winery philosophy and business to the next generations.
Golden color with greenish highlights. Floral aromas and citrus fruits with hints of melon and subtle hints of vanilla from the few months of aging in oak barrels.
Balanced, with refreshing acidity. Manual harvest, careful selection, discarding, and light pressing. Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 12ºC and aging with the lees for 3 months in French oak barrels of second and third use.
