Violet color. Aromas of blackberries and cherries on the nose with notes of spices and chocolate. The palate is rich, and medium-bodied, with intense fresh, juicy fruit, refreshing acidity, and grainy tannins. Typical minerality and a long persistent aftertaste.
Hand-harvested in October with a strict selection of grapes. Mild processing, spontaneous fermentation in open tanks, and maturation in oak barrels for 8 months.
