Ruby red color. Full-bodied with classy tannins, exceptional acidity, and superb mineral and gravel notes.

Harvested by hand in the second week of September with a careful selection of grapes. Mild treatment, spontaneous fermentation in open tanks, and maturation in oak barrels for 10 months.
